How do I record a payment?
Open the client and tap Paid. Enter the amount, the date and a note. Holes turn paid from the oldest visit first. Partial amounts are fine. You can also tap Paid on a row in Money.
How do I undo a punch?
Tap Undo in the message that appears right after you punch. Later, open the client, tap the visit in the timeline and choose Delete visit.
How do I move to a new phone?
Sign in with the same Apple Account on the new phone with iCloud on, and your clients sync through your private iCloud. You can also use Settings, Export backup on the old phone and Import backup on the new one.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open Settings and tap Restore purchases while signed in with the Apple Account you bought with.
Does Tenpunch take payments?
No. It is a record book and moves no money. Paid only records money you received elsewhere, such as cash, Venmo or bank.
